This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the GreenFocus.com website. When you sign up to Green Focus to send e-cards, post messages, and register to receive newsletters, among other items, certain information is requested.

On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you send an e-card online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's name and email address.

The Way We Use Information:

Personal and Demographic Information: Green Focus asks for personal information, such as your name, and email address.  Your personal information is used to set up your Green Focus account and to allow you to use many Green Focus member services.

Green Focus Discussion Boards: To post messages to the Green Focus discussion boards, users must be Green Focus members and need to log in. When posting a message, a member's Green Focus user name will appear as the ‘poster’ of each message.

E-cards: When sending e-cards, Green Focus requires your email address and the name and email address of the intended e-card recipient. Green Focus has a no-SPAM policy and thus will not share or sell the e-mail addresses entered by card senders.

Newsletters: Green Focus offers a variety of newsletters. If you opt to receive one or more newsletters via a check box, submit button or by clicking on a specially marked subscribe link, Green Focus will send any required contact information to 3rd party providers as needed for the newsletter.

Refer a Friend service: Green Focus members are able to invite friends to join using submission form provided by Green Focus. Through the template, an e-mail invitation is sent to the person whose email is entered by the sender. Green Focus has a no-SPAM policy and thus will not collect or sell the e-mail addresses entered by Green Focus members.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
